Match-three notes from Vancouver

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Using jundavero.com means these terms apply to you. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay; if you disagree with any of it, stop reading and the matter ends there.

1. What is published here

Jundavero publishes written breakdowns of jewel and match-three puzzle games for mobile: how a board type behaves, what a booster combination does, and what to check on a store listing. It is editorial commentary and general information. It is not professional advice, it is not developer documentation, and it should not be relied on as either.

No software is offered from this site. There is no download, no installer, no APK, no modified build and no file mirror. Games discussed here come from the stores their publishers use.

Reading the site costs nothing. One paid item exists, a printed set described in section 5, ordered by email rather than bought on the page.

2. How current the material is

Each page shows the date its text was last reviewed. After that date, developers may have rebalanced boards, changed what a special piece does, altered the ad model, or removed an app from a store entirely. A description that was accurate when written can be wrong later without anyone being at fault. Verify anything that matters against the app’s current listing and its in-game help.

The site is provided as is. There is no warranty that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

3. The text itself

Wording, page structure and tables are the work of Robert Smith and are protected by copyright. You may read them, keep a copy for yourself and quote briefly with attribution and a link. Republishing a page, translating it, or building it into another product needs written permission first. Game titles, studio names and platform names appear descriptively and belong to their owners.

4. External links

A link that leaves this domain leads to something someone else controls. Their content, uptime, terms and data practices are not ours and cannot be guaranteed here. A link is not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy, and these terms and the Privacy Policy stop applying the moment you follow one.

5. Jewel Board Field Notes

One item here is paid for: a PDF called Jewel Board Field Notes. Robert Smith sells it as a private individual, not as a business. There is no shop on this site, no checkout, no payment page, and no card details are collected anywhere on the domain.

An order starts as an email. The reply carries Interac e-Transfer details; once the transfer clears, the PDF goes to the address the order came from, usually within two business days. The price is CAD 12, paid once. Nothing renews, nothing is kept for a later charge, and no account is opened.

The file is for the buyer. Print it, keep it on your own devices, write on it. Reselling, uploading or circulating it is not permitted; it is supplied unprotected on the understanding that the restriction will be respected rather than policed.

With a digital file, delivery is complete when the message goes out. If it does not arrive, or arrives and will not open, write and pick one: resend or a full refund, no reason required and no time limit on asking. Beyond that a delivered and opened file is not refundable, which is the ordinary position for digital goods and does not displace any right you hold under British Columbia consumer legislation that cannot be waived.

The notes are written entirely by Robert Smith. They contain no material belonging to any developer, are not licensed or endorsed by anyone, and buying them gives you no rights in any game they discuss.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robert Smith is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it, including indirect and consequential loss, loss of data, and any cost incurred through third-party software or an app store. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the minimum the law allows. Nothing here affects rights you hold under British Columbia consumer legislation that cannot be waived.

7. How the site may be used

Read it, bookmark it, link to it, quote it briefly. Do not scrape it at a rate that affects availability for others, do not attempt to access or test the hosting account, and do not republish the text under another name.

8. Contact

Corrections, complaints and legal notices all go to [email protected]. Point to the page and the sentence; that is usually enough to resolve something in a single exchange. Replies normally take a couple of business days.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated. The version on this page, dated at the top, is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change accepts it.

The laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
