Jundavero is one person writing about a genre that almost nobody writes about carefully. Match-three has been treated as beneath analysis for years, which is odd given how many hours go into it, and the result is a wall of listicles that never explain why a booster pairing is worth setting up or why a stage gets harder. Robert Smith reads every message himself and answers it himself. A reply usually lands within a couple of business days. Anything sent over a weekend or a British Columbia statutory holiday waits for the next working day, so a Friday night message is normally answered Monday or Tuesday.
Good reasons to write
- A booster behaves differently from the way the table on the front page describes it.
- A correction: a stale detail, a broken link, a term used loosely.
- An order for the Jewel Board Field Notes, or a question about one already placed.
- A privacy request under PIPEDA or BC PIPA — access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion.
- A copyright or trade mark matter, handled as described in the Third-Party App Disclaimer.
Beyond reach from here
Anything involving a store account, a payment, a refund, lost progress or an app that crashes belongs with the store and the developer. This site has no access to those systems and cannot escalate anything into them; writing here about a charge only delays getting it fixed.
