Match-three notes from Vancouver

Third-Party App Disclaimer

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. This is an outsider’s site

Jundavero is written by Robert Smith in Vancouver and has no relationship with the games industry. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, licensed, endorsed or reviewed by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any studio or publisher named in the text. Nobody has paid for coverage here, and no developer has approved, seen or influenced a page before it went up.

What the site publishes are guides, analyses and editorial notes drawn from public information and from playing games of this type. They are one person’s account, not an official source.

2. Marks and titles

Google, Google Play and Android are trade marks of Google LLC. Game names, studio names, logos and characters belong to whoever owns them. Every one of them appears here only to identify the software under discussion. That is descriptive use and creates no licence, no partnership and no implication of approval.

3. Nothing is distributed from here

This site stores, mirrors, repackages and distributes no application files whatsoever. There is no APK, no side-load bundle, no modified client and no link to one. Software published on Google Play is obtained from Google Play, on Google’s terms and the developer’s.

Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, taxes, platform fees, account recovery and lost progress are handled by the store and the developer. This site has no access to any of that and no ability to act on your behalf. Their support channels are the only route.

4. What statements here are worth

Where a page gives a concrete detail about an application or a genre — a booster effect, an ad model, offline behaviour, a battery observation — it reflects publicly available information and practical experience at the time of writing, and it is offered as a practical indication rather than an official specification. The app’s own store listing and in-game help take precedence over anything written here.

Mobile games change constantly: features are added and removed, ad models are altered, prices move, and apps get withdrawn. The review date in the footer of each page is the extent of what is claimed. Beyond that date, check for yourself.

Where a page links out to a store listing, that link points at the official Google Play page for the application named beside it, opens in a new tab, and was checked on September 2, 2026. What happens past the link is governed by Google’s terms and the developer’s, not by anything on this site.

5. Where the images come from

The screenshots and the application icon on the front page were captured from that application’s Google Play listing on September 2, 2026. They appear at reduced size for one reason: to show the boards the text describes and to identify the software being discussed. That is fair dealing for the purposes of review and news reporting under section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act.

Copyright in the images stays with Tala Games. Publishing them here neither transfers nor claims any right in them. The writing, the tables, the site icon and the page graphics are Jundavero’s own.

Any rights holder who wants an image taken down can write to [email protected] and it will be, without a dispute.

6. The field notes are our own work

The PDF sold from this site is written and drawn by Robert Smith. It reproduces no artwork, screenshot, board layout or text belonging to any developer, and it is not licensed, endorsed or reviewed by any of them. It is one person’s notes on how a genre of board behaves, sold as a single item by a private individual, and buying it conveys no right in any game it mentions.

7. Rights holders

If you own rights in material you believe has been used here without permission, write to [email protected] with the page address, an identification of the work and enough information to confirm the claim. Material comes down while the claim is reviewed, not after. Notice may also be sent in writing to Robert Smith, 666 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8, Canada.

8. Responsibility for your own choices

Installing, paying for and playing third-party software is your decision. This site accepts no liability for how an application behaves, for charges applied by a store or a developer, or for any consequence of a choice made after reading a page here.
