Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
The honest summary of this page is that Jundavero barely touches personal information at all. It is a small set of static pages about puzzle games. Nothing on it asks who you are, and there is no mechanism through which you could tell it even if you wanted to.
The site is published from British Columbia and follows the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) where it applies, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
1. Who is responsible
- Robert Smith
- 666 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8, Canada
- [email protected]
One individual, no company, no privacy team. The address above is the privacy contact, the correction contact and the complaints contact, all at once.
2. What exists
Hosting logs
Serving a page produces a log entry on the hosting infrastructure. The entry contains the IP address that made the request, the user-agent your browser sends, the file requested, the time and the HTTP status. These entries are a by-product of running a web server, not a decision, and they are read only when the site misbehaves or when a burst of automated traffic needs identifying.
Email you choose to send
If you write to the address in section 1, the mailbox holds your message and whatever identifying detail you put in it. Nothing on the site prompts for that; you supply it by making contact.
There is no form of any kind on this domain — no contact form, no search box that records anything, no comment field, no sign-up, no upload. Nothing on these pages transmits data anywhere when you read them.
An order for the field notes
One paid item is offered, a PDF ordered by email. An order brings nothing an ordinary message would not: the address it was sent from, any name signed to it, and afterwards the reference a bank puts on an Interac e-Transfer. No card number, expiry date or security code is seen by this site or by its owner — a transfer runs between your bank and his, and no payment page exists here for one to be typed into.
3. Why it is used
Three purposes, and the list is closed:
Where an order has been placed, that same correspondence is also how transfer details are sent, payment is confirmed and the file is delivered.
- Operating the site: diagnosing errors, finding broken links, spotting abusive traffic.
- Replying to correspondence: reading what you sent, answering it, and keeping enough of the thread for a follow-up to make sense.
- Legal compliance: responding to a valid request from a Canadian authority, should one arrive.
Nothing is sold, rented or disclosed for marketing. On the CASL side, this site sends no commercial electronic messages at all. There is no list, no promotional mail, no automated follow-up — a reply to your own email is the only message you will ever get from this address.
4. Cookies
One first-party cookie stores your answer to the banner and nothing else. There is no analytics tool, no tag manager, no advertising or remarketing tag, and no third-party script anywhere on the site. Every asset loads from jundavero.com. The Cookie Notice gives the name, purpose and lifetime, and a way to change your answer.
5. Links away from here
Pages discuss applications distributed by others, principally through the Google Play Store. Those platforms are not ours; they run under their own policies and their own data practices, and this policy has no effect beyond the boundary of jundavero.com. Check the privacy terms of any destination before you install software or hand over personal details.
6. Protection and retention
Everything is served over HTTPS. Access to the hosting account is restricted to the person named above and secured with a unique credential. Hosting and email infrastructure may be operated outside British Columbia and outside Canada, which means log entries and correspondence can be stored in another jurisdiction under that provider’s contractual obligations.
Logs are rotated out by the host within weeks. Email is kept for up to twenty-four months so a returning conversation makes sense, then deleted. Earlier deletion is available on request.
Order correspondence sits on the same twenty-four month footing, held a little more deliberately so a buyer who loses the file later can ask again and be recognised. It goes sooner if you ask.
7. What you can ask for
Under PIPEDA and BC PIPA you may ask what personal information is held about you and receive a copy, ask for a correction where something is wrong, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, and ask for correspondence to be deleted.
Send the request to [email protected] and say plainly what you want. A first reply typically arrives within a couple of business days; the request itself is completed within thirty days, which is the statutory window.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Neither requires you to come back here first.
8. Changes
Should the site change in a way that affects this page, the text is edited and the date at the top moves. Questions go to [email protected].
